1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on ShikshaPragati (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Account Responsibility & Multi-Device Access
Accounts registered on ShikshaPragati are personal to the individual student. Simultaneous test taking on multiple devices using the same login credentials will trigger automated security restrictions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All test papers, mock series, questions, solutions, video lectures, and PDF study materials are proprietary intellectual property of ShikshaPragati. Downloading or redistributing test content without authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Fair Practice in Live All-India Tests
Students participating in All India Live Tests agree not to employ automated scripts, browser tab-switching bypasses, or external assistance. Unethical attempts will result in scorecard disqualification.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.
